Refund policy

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

• Products that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return once unsealed upon delivery.

• Custom-made or clearly personalized products.

If the product has not been opened or tampered with, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the order by sending a request by email to walid@veiacafe.es.

In these cases, the customer must assume the costs and management of shipping the product to our facilities. Veia Café & Clubhouse (Venn Fitness SL) will not, under any circumstances, arrange for collection or assume its costs.

Once the returned product has been received in proper condition, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will not include the shipping costs initially paid, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to Veia Café & Clubhouse (Venn Fitness SL), in accordance with the provisions of article 107.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
